You will get through the prompts until you are given a wait-time and then. Plan on at least a two-hour call to get something accomplished and then prepare yourself to be utterly crazed with anger when you see that nothing was actually done (several times). If you call them today, July 15'th 2008, the system will acually tell you to call back later and HANG UP. A word about Sprint: They used to be the best, and they are now the worst. I'm turning off my phone today. They always say it's fixed but never is.
I have made 5 attempts to fix this and finally gave up.
I'm not surprised at all.
She said she did and of course, it's still on my bill.
The absolute worst.
A telemarketer from Sprint called me trying to sell something and extend my contract, I laughed so hard, that she actually tried to fix my problems.
They got rid of 80 % of their customer service workforce.
Things have appeared on my bill for a year that shouldn't be there.
They're really useless.
That'll take at least 3 hours.
OK so it was great at first. ODD BUT IF I DO NOT SHUTDOWN THE PHONE/RESTART AFTER USING (AND SHUTTING OFF) BLUETOOTH, THE BATTERY RUNS DOWN. Then I got an OEM extended battery and I am trying it out now.
Within a few weeks I was down to one hour after a fresh charge. We will see how long this lasts. The mp3 bluetooth is decent, BTW (yes I include this as talk time). I did the initiation routine I was told to do by agent (charge, discharge, charge, discharge) and it seemed to have a decent talk time of 3 hours.
Just ok for an extended battery so far, like 3 hours, but when I am supposed to get 3+ hours on the included battery I am very wary. So I got a new OEM battery from the store. Same story.
But because of the crap battery life I suggest you get an adapter (here on Amazon) for a headphone-to-miniUSB.UPDATE: APPARENTLY THE PROBLEM IS WITH USING BLUETOOTH. GO FIGURE.
90% of the time this phone is on its charger.5. The screen freezes about once every other day.4.
And this is with every razor 2, not just my phone.1. I love the look at feel of this phone.but the on-going glitches are frustrating to say the least.
Literally half of all texts i send will say SENT, but they will remain in my outbox until i re-send them.3. Half of the texts i get, are shown that they are from random numbers, even though this number is saved in my contacts with a name.
So if i dont automatically recognize the number, i have to look it up in the contacts just to see who it is.2. People say this about every phone, but REALLY, the battery life is amazingly horrible.
I really wish I would have listened to all these poor reviews before I bought this phone.
i got this and not only was it unusable even if wasnt broken they sent a defect phone that could not be activated.
This phone is fine, but the customer service at Sprint is the worst. I would recomment getting the phone with a different carrier. I have never been with a different carrier, so I really don't have a basis of comparison, but it could not possible be as bad as Sprint.
